Acceptable use

• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive, including content that facilitates wrongdoing.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law).
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or other disruptive content.

AI-generated outputs and accuracy

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and any third-party terms that apply to your inputs or source materials.

Subscriptions, billing, and credits

• If the Service offers paid plans, you agree to pay fees and applicable taxes as described at purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• If your plan includes usage limits or credits, unused credits may expire as described in the plan terms or product experience.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You may not use our trademarks without our permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or the public. You may stop using the Service at any time.
